Did you know that Starbucks is going to end their alcohol service? This affects more than four hundred locations. The “Evenings” program, which provides beer, wine, and food during the afternoon and late at night, has reached its finish line. The program, “Evenings” is going to end on January 10th, but some United States licensed stores and international stores might continue to use this program.

On the other hand, there are many under age adults who have never even known about alcohol being sold at Starbucks. An eleventh grade student states, “Starbucks ending their alcohol service doesn’t really affect me because I’m underage so I never asked them for an alcoholic beverage.” This student does not need to worry about any of the adjustments being made at Starbucks.

Although this may be devastating news, Starbucks is testing out new delicious foods to add onto their menu. A new food item called Sous Vide Egg Bite may catch your eye. There will be two different flavors, Bacon and Gruyere or Egg White and Roasted Red Pepper. But that’s not all! There will also be a new drink, Cascara Latte. So long "Evenings" and glad to hear that Starbucks has new items in store for us that can be enjoyed by all and our taste buds!
