New Zealand is a country that is, unfortunately, often overshadowed by its larger cousin, Australia. Closer inspection, however, reveals a young land abounding in wildlife, culinary marvels, and unparalleled natural beauty.

The first feature many visitors notice is the highly diverse climate of the islands. The country boasts many different biomes, from temperate forests, to mountains, to rolling hills and plains. This makes the island a major travel destination of hikers, bikers, and all types of adventurers. There is a wide range of activities to partake in New Zealand as well such as cruising, hiking, bungee jumping, and skydiving can be done all in the same day. Another of the country's unexpected features is undoubtedly its cuisine. Because New Zealand is more isolated than other countries of the world, most produce and animal products are raised locally. This ensures the freshness of delicacies like wine grapes, beef, and lamb.

The island's greatest quality, however, is its citizens. The people of New Zealand, who affectionately refer to themselves as, “kiwis,” are some of the kind, generous, and hardworking people you may have the pleasure to meet. These people only add to the beauty and elegance of the island nation.
